The ZIVA CHIC Power Core Bag takes this dynamic, less easily controlled resistance that recruits more stabilizer muscles across the entire body, and updates it with heavy-duty nylon straps, thick PVC skin, and large, easy-identification weight numbers. This highly flexible tool allows users to enjoy a wide variety of compound lifts and combined compound lifts, a dream for full-body superset routines. For the money this is fantastic. I didn’t want a bunch of iron weights around my living room. With this one item you can pull off at least 6 fundamental exercises. Yes I would like to have one of the canvas material bags better but you’re looking at 100 more dollars. I may even order another size. PS buy the bag one step heavier than you think you need.

For the money this is fantastic. I didn’t want a bunch of iron weights around my living room. With this one item you can pull off at least 6 fundamental exercises. Yes I would like to have one of the canvas material bags better but you’re looking at 100 more dollars. I may even order another size. PS buy the bag one step heavier than you think you need.
