My mom and I have been looking into losing weight and have seen how a medicine ball helps in that journey. We scoured the internet, analyzing every kind we found. Our eyes fell upon this beauty, and we purchased it after reading through the information carefully. Once it arrived, we were super excited to get to using it right away. A few workouts later, and we are more than satisfied with this medicine ball. We could really feel the burn when using it in our daily exercises. Great use of money, I’ll say.

This medicine ball is AMAZING! Just looking at that terrific and inspiring graphic design gets you in that gym-zone-mood to start crushing those abs. And that rubber textured casing is FANTASTIC for guaranteeing a firm grip for maximum safety so you don’t drop it on your head or foot after your 100th rep as as you swing the perfectly rounded sphere over your head to-and-fro, side-to-side or up and down. PLEASE remember even though it is a “medicine” ball it is for EXTERNAL use ONLY. Should you or your gym partner swallow it by accident get medical attention IMMEDIATELY since it would be EXTREMELY uncomfortable to pass.
