This mate holds up to its standards and gives you the comfort while working out. I have it set up in my home gym and use it three times a week. So if your in the market for a mate that will last and keep you comfortable look no further.

Very thick and cushioned to make your workout easy. I also like that it doesn’t slip around when I’m using it. The size of it is very nice also because it gives plenty of room to stretch. Ultimately, it does exactly what it needs to do. Only downfall is it’s kinda pricey! But I don’t regret it at all!

I like this mat. I use it for Pilates and need the extra cushion for my knees and wrists and this works for me. Because it is a bit thicker, it rolls up thicker, so may not fit as well in your bag if you want to take it to classes. I did not notice any oder at all. Seems like a quality mat.
