Shipping PolicyAll ZIVA orders received by 2 pm eastern standard time ship out the same day, orders received after 2 pm will ship the following business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday. All orders for APO/FPO must allow 1 additional day for shipping from our standard shipping terms.

A: Yes, all dumbbells are sold as pairs. However, any dumbbell pairs with a total weight of over 25lbs will be shipped as individual units. It is very common for one dumbbell to arrive before the other, so please pay attention to your tracking information as it will contain a “master” tracking number followed by any additional tracking numbers depending on the size of your order.
A: The Studio Barbell Set is shipped in two parts. You will receive the Bar separate from the Weight Plates/Collars. It is very common for the bar to arrive before the weight plates, or vice versa, so please pay attention to your tracking information as it will contain a “master” tracking number followed by any additional tracking numbers depending on the size of your order.
ZIVA USA will do everything to resolve your return issue promptly. In many cases, a replacement will be sent if any damaged or defective items were received. A replacement order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created. You’ll need to return the original item within 30 days to avoid being charged for keeping both the original and replacement items.
Items shipped from ZIVA USA can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions. In some cases, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. Upon authorization of the return, ZIVA USA will provide a FedEx pre-paid return label. Each return label is assigned to a specific return. To receive the correct refund, don’t include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box. When you return your item, use the packaging that your order arrived in or packaging with similar dimensions. Avoid using oversized boxes or packaging. If the product required assembly, disassemble the item first.
It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method. Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees:
- Items in original condition before the return window expires may be assessed a 15% restocking fee
- Items in original condition past the return window will receive 80% of the item price
- Items returned with damage, missing parts, not in original condition, or that have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a ZIVA USA error will receive up to 50% of the item price
